TERMS & CONDITIONS 📄

TwoHeads CA
Effective Date: 01/01/2026

By placing an order with TwoHeads CA, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most products are custom printed and made specifically for each order.

Because of this:

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Orders cannot be modified once production begins

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Artwork

  • Spelling

  • Placement

  • Size selection

  • Color selection

Mockup approval constitutes final authorization for production.

3. Color & Product Variations

Due to differences in screens, lighting, fabric materials, and printing methods, slight variations may occur.
Minor differences do not qualify as defects.

4. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order size.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or events beyond our control.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, the customer confirms they have the legal rights to use the material.

TwoHeads CA is not liable for intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree that:

  • Custom items are non-refundable

  • Mockup approval confirms acceptance

  • Production records may be used to resolve disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may be contested.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoHeads CA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

9. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, where permitted by law.

This ensures a faster and more efficient resolution process.

10. Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be brought individually.

Customers agree not to participate in class or collective actions against TwoHeads CA.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
