We ship via UPS or USPS, selecting the most appropriate carrier based on order size, weight, and destination.

Tracking information is provided once your order has been shipped.

Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for FREE shipping within the contiguous United States (48 states).

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

• APO/FPO addresses

• Remote locations

Additional shipping charges may apply to these areas.

💰 Shipping Costs

 

For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated separately based on:

• Package size and weight

• Delivery destination

• Selected carrier

Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or provided upon request.

⏱ Production Time

 

Most items are custom printed and made to order.

Standard production time:
1–3 business days

Large or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

📦 Delivery Time Estimates

 

After shipment, estimated delivery times are:

• 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.

• Longer transit times may apply for non-contiguous states and territories

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

📍 Shipping Responsibility

 

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the carrier.

TwoHeads CA is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues

• Weather conditions

• Supply chain disruptions

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received:

• Please contact the shipping carrier directly
